Welcome to the 2026/2027 School Year

Welcome back to Murray Language Academy. I'm glad to have you here as we open the 2026–2027 school year, and I don't say that lightly. We've put in real work over the past year, and it shows. We are on the verge of greatness, and this is the year we reach for it.

Our theme this year is One Murray. It's simple, but I mean every bit of it. We are at our best when our students, families, and staff move as one. Not in separate lanes, not pulling in different directions, but together. That's how we get where we're going.

To our students, thank you for showing up every day ready to learn, ready to try, and ready to bounce back when things get hard. Your growth is the reason we do this work, and I don't just mean your grades. I mean your confidence, your character, and the person you're becoming. This is your year, and it starts with you.

To our parents and guardians, thank you for trusting us with your children. Your support and your voice matter to us, and One Murray means you're right here with us, not on the outside looking in. We're committed to keeping you informed and keeping the lines open all year long.

To our staff, thank you for the way you show up for our students and for each other. The care you bring, the standard you hold, and the culture you build are what make Murray what it is. When we're aligned and moving as one, there's no ceiling on what we can do for our kids.

We remain committed to what Murray has always stood for: academic excellence through language and cultural learning, and educating the whole child through the arts, physical education, social-emotional learning, and experiences that help our students see their place in the world.

So here's to the year ahead. One Murray, one goal, and a whole lot to be excited about. We're on the verge of something great, and I'm proud to be in it with you.
