The LSC’s core responsibilities include:

 

• Reviewing and approving how school funds and resources are allocated when LSC action is required.

• Participating in the development, approval, and monitoring of the Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP).

• Carrying out principal evaluation, contract renewal, and principal selection responsibilities when applicable.

• Providing a public forum for school updates, questions, community input, and formal LSC action.

• Supporting transparency, accountability, and continuity in school governance.
